Can I reschedule my booking once a deposit is paid?
Yes of course, we will be able to reschedule your session to another available date if required.
How long does it take for my proof photos to become available to view?
We usually turnaround the post editing process within 2-3 days. If we are particularly busy then 5-7 days turnaround as a maximum.
Can I order framed prints, canvas prints & greeting cards using my images?
Yes, our online store is visible at proofing stage and we cater for a whole variety of sizes and formats for you images to be printed! These include canvasses, framed prints and much more..
Are my proof images kept as private?
Yes, all of our client area images are password protected using a unique password which is different for each customer! All client area proof images are deleted after one month so please make sure you download them quickly!
