We offer a 1 - 2 - 1 training course on the basics of studio lighting. This session lasts for a minimum of 2 hours and we cover all of the aspects you need to know to get started with studio portraiture.


Course topics include:

  • Choosing the right kit for your needs.
  • Camera settings and focussing techniques.
  • Metering light in the studio.
  • Single light setup through to four light setup.
  • How to use key lighting and fill shadow.
  • How to create high key images.
  • How to use reflectors and flags.
